Not long ago, it seemed Tom Cruise and Elsina Khayrova were on cloud nine. The pair were reportedly in the process of moving in together, and the actor's children were allegedly very excited about their relationship. So, when it was announced that Tom Cruise had broken up with her, it was somewhat disappointing.

At the time, it was reported that the relationship had run its course, but now it seems Elsina Khayrova's ex-husband influenced the decision with his uncomfortable comments. Upon hearing that, Elsina was reportedly disappointed, and is now hoping the actor will give her another chance.

Tom Cruise Was Uncomfortable With Elsina Khayrova's Ex-Husband's Comments

Tom Cruise and Elsina Khayrova weren't together for long, but it seemed they were good together, so their breakup was kind of surprising. The former couple parted ways in February, but because they live in the same apartment building in London, they decided to hash out their problems so they can part ways amicably.

"To end things on a bad note would’ve been awkward if they bumped into each other in the lift," a source said to The Sun. "There are no hard feelings between them and, for Tom, their relationship simply ran its course."

However, according to new reports, the reason why Tom Cruise put an end to their relationship was because Elsina Khayrova's ex-husband was making the actor and his team uncomfortable.

Tom Cruise has certain secrets when it comes to his hair.

"He’s filming and can’t be shooting and have her husband saying stuff every time he is mentioned in the press," an insider shared. "They just didn’t want to deal with the ex husband coming up with something nasty to say every few weeks."

Elsina Khayrova's ex-husband, Dmitry Tsetkov, seemed to be fixated on her relationship, mentioning Tom Cruise with unusual frequency. He even called him his "favorite actor" and said he hoped to work with him in a movie that might be made about his life.

"I told the producer that the only actor who could play me is Tom Cruise. We're about the same height and weight and I would be honoured if that could happen. I couldn't think of anyone better to play me than Tom. I'm hoping that I'll be able to meet him one day to discuss this project."

Elsina Wants To Get Back Together

Elsina Khayrova is not happy with the problems her ex-husband caused in her relationship, and according to new reports, she really wants to work things out with Tom Cruise.

Aside from gushing over the actor, Elsina's ex-husband also made some remarks about their marriage, seemingly as a warning.

"Irrespective of whoever she's with, Tom Cruise or anybody else, they should be aware that she likes the finer things in life and has expensive and luxurious taste. Tom should keep his eyes and wallet wide open," he said, quickly adding "I'm happy for her, I wish her all the best."

Whether or not Dmitry Tsetkov's comments changed the actor's views of his ex-girlfriend or simply made him uncomfortable, Elsina feels it isn't fair they had to break up and hopes Tom Cruise will take her back because she feels "She didn’t do anything wrong."

Time will tell if the two of them will find their way back together.
